Made from 100% Mexican, Tahitian or Madagascar vanilla beans

Our Totonac 3-fold Vanilla Paste is made using our pure ground vanilla and our pure vanilla extract.  Many manufacturers will use exhausted vanilla beans in the production of vanilla paste.  We use our pure ground vanilla, which is the virgin vanilla bean that has been ground and cured in our proprietary method to make a rich aromatic ground vanilla.  We then combine our pure ground vanilla with the pure vanilla extract of the same variety, adding a natural thickening agent to produce our Totonac 3-fold Vanilla Paste.

Totonac 3-fold Vanilla Paste can be used in any dish as a substitute to the normal vanilla extract. What a wonderful kick of vanilla flavor and aroma to whatever dish you use it with.  The vanilla flavor will not evaporate like extracts!  A little goes a long way!
